Once we receive your application, you will be scheduled for an interview with the Board of Directors. After the interview, you will be notified if your firm will be brought before the membership for a vote.
We consider your application to be complete once you have: (1) Submitted the Application Form below and (2) Emailed the following three required documents to erin@realtyguild.com:
Letter or printout from your local Realtor board attesting that you are a member in good standing
Letter or printout from the Licensing Board stating that you hold a valid license (a copy from their website will suffice)
MLS statistics showing your market position in your primary town(s)
